
Michael Ferrer has been designing and implementing youth programs and professional development training for over 30 years. He has worked with organizations on local, state, national and international levels. One of his youth programs was featured on the National Foundation PBS documentary "Calculating Change" as one of the top four United States innovative programs successfully influencing the most "at risk" or hardest to reach populations. He sees the potential in all young people and continues to motivate them to achieve their goals. He is a Bowling Green State University graduate and served in the U.S. Army as the Commander in Chief's Guard under President Ronald Reagan. He has served on many boards and has won numerous commendations and awards.

Jessicka Castro started working with Mr. Ferrer in his STEP (Summer Theatre Enrichment Project) at El Centro when she was only 15 years old. She has worked with him at Lorain County Urban League, The Salvation Army and PACE Foundation while earning her RN degree with honors from Lorain County Community College. She enjoys helping young people find ways to overcome their obstacles while completing their education and helping them reach their goals.

Lashane Hughley started working with Mr. Ferrer as a freshman in high school and continued after graduation and while attending college pursuing her human services degree along with entrepreneurial goals. She facilitates, mentors and tutors students so they can achieve their goals while being a good role model. She continues to positively impact the lives of others.
